Skill set: As a Lead Software Development Engineer, consultant will be expected to manage, analyze, plan, design, develop, test, and deploy Windows applications for a Microsoft SCCM and SCOM environment. You will help lead a small team of developers to develop and support application throughout its' full SDLC process. This individual will analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems and develop software applications in VB, VB script, and/or Powershell. S/he must be a solutions provider that can analyze issues, provide options, and develop solutions.
