Location: New England Duration: 6-12 Months Oracle Mfg Sr/Lead Consultant: We are currently actively seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Manufacturing for future hire. Individual would be responsible for performing implementations of Oracle's Manufacturing modules at various companies in the New England/Metro NY/Upstate NY. Strong functional expertise, including a minimum of two manufacturing implementations, is required. Specific modules required include either the Discrete Manufacturing suite (Inventory, Bills of Material, Work in Process, Engineering, Costing, Materials Planning, Quality) or the Process Manufacturing Suite (Inventory, Formulas, Recipes, Quality, Process Execution, Order Fulfillment). In addition, we would consider a candidate with any of the following experience to be strong hires: Mobile Supply Chain, Purchasing, Order Management, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning. Familiarity with the Oracle AIM methodology and Oracle's Accelerator tools is a big plus. Full time resources are desired. H1B candidates would be considered but are not preferred. While much of the project work will be occurring in New England, at times up to 100% travel would be required. Strong consulting skills are a key driver for the hire of this resource. The right resource for OUR CLIENT possesses the ability to effectively communicate with our clients under all circumstances, and this communication must be professional in nature. Resources will be dealing with both senior and junior level resources, and must be able to work with both types of people. Our consulting solutions require business knowledge and the ability to think of creative ways to solve complex business issues. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to analyze the client's process, determine the key issues, and recommend solutions to resolve the issue.
