Healthcare Insurance Industry Interview Process: Phone interview to hire Start Date: ASAP ** Pega Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of 2-5 developers architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. Primary responsibility includes providing guidance to the project team in the development of Business Process Modeling (BPM) and Business Rules Engine (BRE) solutions that are aligned with business vision and requirements. 1. Work with enterprise architect to provide system architecture design documentation 2. Drive the detail technical design for business rules and business applications using PEGA PRPC and related frameworks 3. Assist project and development managers to define the scope and develop plan for the project deliverables 4. Lead the PEGA development team to execute the development plan 5. Accountable for meeting the milestones set for the project 6. Conduct code review, unit testing and integration testing 7.
