Explanation for Position:
The LTS will be responsible for all aspects of the PeoplseSoft HCM
applications
development/programming. Responsible for PeopleSoft - SQR, PeopleCode,
Application Engine, Component interface, Integration Broker, Data Mover &
Process
Scheduler. Must possess strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, Unix/Linux and
Shell
commands.
Details of Position:
Primary responsibility will be a Lead Technical Specialist responsible for
all aspects of
the PeoplseSoft HCM applications development/programming. Duties will
include
performing (a) Functional Design, Detail Design , Code/Test on PeopleSoft;
(b)
Applying PeopleSoft Maintenance Packs, Bundles & Upgrades; (c) Creation of
Scripts.
In depth application knowledge of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA),
PeopleSoft
HCM is required. Technical skills require extensive PeopleSoft experience
using
PeiopleCode, SQR, PeopleTools 8.4x, Application Engine, Data Mover,
Component
Interface, Integration Broker & Process Scheduler. Other Technical skills
required:
Oracle & DB2 RDBMS, Unix/Linux, Shell commands, COBOL, JCL & Mainframe.
Management Skills:
Knowledge of system architecture, design, oral/written communication skills,
analytical ability, problem solving & ability to effectively analyze
technical options.
