Hi Partners, Please find below requirement and kindly send me suitable profiles ASAP Title: Lead Oracle Software Development Engineer Location: NY, NY Duration: 3-6 Months The Lead Oracle Database Application Developer will provide strategic level technical leadership in all database related activities which include data definition, data modeling, data architecture, database design, data warehouse development, data quality standards, meta data management and database application standards. The lead developer will collaborate with various development and operations organizations to ensure quality and on-time delivery of database applications. The position requires the ability to understand and articulate the big picture of the application and operating environment, and provide technical solution to complex business problems using various Oracle technologies. *Responsibility* • Working closely with various different groups to help derive business requirements, define software requirements, and drive solutions • Understanding the existing applications and an eye towards optimizing and enhancing the technology for future growth • Architecting and Developing Oracle PL/SQL application in large high volume (VLDB) data warehousing environment • Designing and developing reports using Crystal Reports from Business Objects. • Developing and maintains data models, structures, and procedures to ensure the integrity and performance of all database components • Modifying and optimizes existing PL/SQL application • Producing proper documentation for all deliverables • Mentoring and coaching of other team members • Participate in on-call duty as required for application support *Qualifications Required*: • 10+ years of Oracle DBA experience • 10+ years of Oracle PL/SQL Application development experience • Expert knowledge of all Oracle technology – RAC, Data warehousing, Partitioning, Data Guard, replication, and more • 3+ years of Crystal Reports development experience • Expert knowledge in dealing with VLDB and data warehousing environment • Knowledge of relational database technology, transaction processing procedures, and advanced modeling and design tools • Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing • Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience • Candidates must have strong people skills, be fluent in English, and have an interest in understanding business and operations. US citizens or permanent residents only *Essential Functions*: 1. Architecting Oracle database application - 30% of Time 2. Developing new database solution and applications for various products - 30% of Time 3. Improving existing Oracle applications and processes - 20% of Time 4.
