1. Dev Mgr - Experienced in working with J2EE / SOA enterprise
applications, preferably utilizing WebSphere products. Worked with
off-shore resources, large teams blend of off/on-shore (70/30). Experienced
in turn around / recovery project exercises.
2. Release Manager - Experience individual experienced in the planning
and coordination of work product releases covering the entire lifecycle.
Preferred experience with Rational tools and UCM.
3. System Integration Specialist - Experienced with the integration of
J2EE applications distributed across multiple tiers and utilizing a large
number of COTS products. Must have Unix/Linux experience, must have
experience with WebSphere Process Server, Portal Server and Application
server. Strong scripting (perl, kshell, bash, ant) and tools experience
such as NC, BuildForge, Phurnace, WICA, etc.
