1. 8 or more years experience as a lead Microsoft Exchange administrator 2. Experienced in messaging systems, system administration and architecture expertise 3. Advanced knowledge in Exchange 2003/2007, Active Directory, documentation and overall Windows OS skills 4. 3 or more years experience administrating a clustered, high availability Exchange environment 5. Experience in a large, geographically dispersed environment; Full understanding of DNS, WINS, DHCP and LDAP compliant directories 6. Outlook Web Access and Microsoft Outlook 7. 2 or more years experience configuring and administering Quest software 8. Experience in administering Enterprise Vault environment 9. Blackberry, Windows Mobile/Active Sync, Exchange 5.5/2000/2003, GroupWise migration to Exchange 2003 10. In-depth knowledge in SMTP and email archive solution, SAN, VM, MVS and scripting.
