This will support a major 5-7 year program, valued at nearly $500M (cabling component is $35-50M). *Job Description:(What will the contractor do on that project?) *Responsible for daily activity related to the scope of services within their region. Will be the interface with the local agencies personnel on planning, design, standards and quality review, scope and bill of material development, vendor engagement and costing matters related to structured-cabling and environmental activity. These professionals will carry a BICSI RCDD certification, be completely trained on the GTA installation and specification standards. All requests will flow through these engineers prior to service delivery, and all completion reports and documentation will flow back through these engineers when the request is completed. Position will start 4-1-09. 24 month temp to perm. Bachelor degree and RCDD certification required. Must be expert in structured-cabling systems design and project management.
