*REQUIREMENTS**: **Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience
implementing FICA as part of the overall CCS solution*
*Must be able to work independently and guide junior resources in resolving
solution issues*
*Deep knowledge in the overall dunning process, including the
disconnect/reconnect process, correspondence process, collection agencies,
and write off*
*Must be able to develop detailed functional specifications for FICA
reporting needs*
*Solid experience in developing complex solutions around Security Deposits,
Installment Plans, and Late Payment charges--Knowledge of all events
associated to the items listed before*
*technical with functional ability*
*START DATE*: 4/6/09
*D**URATION:* 6 months
*LOCATION:** *Jackson, MI
