May also be responsible for writing moderate to complex design specifications · To translate technical requirements into application code and modules · Interface with the Business Analysts and Technical Team Leads to ensure the proper requirements are understood and being met · Interface with QA to ensure the application performs as, or better, than expected · To aid in the preparation of status updates for projects · Make moderate to complex modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with written specifications and industry standards · Develop software application modules using disciplined software development processes · Perform unit tests on applications written by self and others · Write additional unit tests for new functional requirements · Take part in reviews of own work.
