2. Expertise with full software development life cycle including software system analysis, functional design, technical design, development, testing, and production system support. Software design and development expertise with n-tier application system architecture. 3. Software design and development in an Oracle 10g environment with PowerBuilder (PFC). Analyze, troubleshoot, modify, and reuse existing PowerBuilder code. Research, analyze, and modify data source windows, queries, and formulas in PowerBuilder and SQL Developer. Experience using Object Cycle for system configuration management. 4. Software design and development in an Oracle 10g environment with Visual Studio .NET including C#, ASP.NET, Smart Client, and XML web services. Strong understanding of .NET Framework. Experience using Team Foundation Server for system configuration management. This person needs to have experience with Child support systems.
