*POSITION: ORACLE APPS HRMS Functional (BUSINESS ANALYST)*

*Location:  San Jose, CA*

*Duration: 6+ months*

*Experience: Senior*

* **Responsible for delivery of all business analyst responsibilities
required for the Payroll initiative under the direction of the Business
Project Manager.  The Business Analyst will need to interact with IT Analyst
and IT Development teams as well as other cross functional teams (i.e. Human
Resources, Tax, Finance, etc).*

* **Candidate must possess a strong understanding of global payroll
processes as well as experience working with ADP payroll applications such
as GlobalView and ProBusiness*


*Requirements:*

*§         Solid understanding of end-to-end Payroll processes (US and
Global) *

*§         5+ years of implementation experience with US and/or
International Payroll applications (ADP application knowledge preferred)*

*§         5+ years of Oracle HRMS experience, with at least 2 Full
lifecycle SDLC implementations with BOTH Oracle HRMS and Payroll system
integration *

*§         5+ years experience implementing payroll outbound and inbound
interfaces*

*§         Knowledge of ADP payroll systems preferred*

*§         Strong written and oral communications skills a must*

*§         Strong analytical and problem solving skills*

*§         Strong understanding of requirements gathering and analysis and
the deliverables involved for requirements phase*

*§         Mercury Quality Center experience a plus but not required*
