*Profile:***



•               Technical Certifications :  CCNP or CCIP, CCIE(desirable)

•               Network Design experience of large enterprises

•               Hands on Expertise on the Network devices like Switches,
Routers ,Firewalls, Wan Optimizers, Wireless Lan etc

•               Strong Hands on networking experience with Load Balancing,
Enterprise MPLS etc.

•               Good knowledge on the Service provider networks and
terminologies

•               Good knowledge on VPN and MPLS VPN.

•               Extremely Good Analytical Skills

•               Strong Networking Troubleshooting skills

•               Strong Communication and documentation skills

•               Good Project Management Skills(PMP Desirable)

•               Strong Knowledge of ITIL framework.



Experience:. Total experience above 8 years with at-least 2 years of network
architecture and design exp

*1) Design / Redesign***



New Site implementation and turn-ups:



•               Understand the end user / site requirements

•               Equate with the available technologies

•               Evaluate the proposed implementation

•               Plan the Rollout.

•               Pilot and test the proposed solution

•               Conduct the acceptance test



Existing site up-gradations / Changes:



•               Evaluate the existing setup time to time,

•               Perform capacity / utilization testing.

•               Propose design changes as needed

•               If required advocate new technologies / solutions.

•               Handle the implementation as per the Change Management
Process.



*2) Escalation Management:***



 Handle Escalation with the Vendors and Offshore teams.



•               Maintain relationships; ensure prompt and effective
communication and co-ordination.

•               Drive resolutions.

•               Review performances.

•               Help bridge process gaps.

•               Create Scope for continuous improvements
