Title:SAP HCM HR OM/PA/Benefits Lead Analyst
Location: Kansas
Duration:3-6 months

*SPECIFICATIONS:*

20% Requirements gathering, analysis, design and documentation
 associated with the blueprinting phase of the SAP HCM restructuring
 20% Configuration of SAP HCM components related to PA, PY, OM, BN and
 ALE data transfer, based on solutions defined during blueprinting 20%
 Define and execute testing scenarios and training materials related to
 the configured PA, OM, BN and ALE transfer components 30% Develop
 functional specification documents related to HR ABAP interfaces,
 conversions and reports related to HCM data. Test and execute HR ABAP
 components and SAP data conversion tools


 10% Perform project go-live preparation tasks and post go-live
 support of the SAP HCM functionality

 *Specialized/Practical Knowledge*: We are seeking a very experienced
 (5+ years) SAP HCM analyst to lead the design, build and test phases
 of an SAP HCM (ECC 6.0) Enterprise Structure redesign and support
 pack implementation. The client is in the meat processing industry
 and includes multiple labor unions in scope.

 The resource will be responsible for design, configuration and
 testing of the Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA),
 Organizational Management (OM) and Benefits (BN) components of SAP
 HCM. Must have experience in at least two full SAP HCM project life-
 cycle implementations. Must have extensive knowledge of and
 experience in the PY, OM, PA and BN components of SAP HCM.
 Experience with the HR ALE data transfer process are highly
 desirable. Knowledge of SAP conversion tools such as LSMW is highly
 desirable.

 Specific SAP HCM-specific knowledge and experience should include:
 Extensive knowledge of FI-HCM payroll integration, including more
 complex scenarios involving inter-company transactions and re-
 assignment of payroll liabilities and payables to paying company
 codes.
 Configuration of wage types, tax models, off-cycle activates,
 payroll rules and schemas, garnishments, remuneration statements,
 check printing/direct deposit, third party remittance and tax
 reporter. Testing of Payroll-specific components, and completion of
 tasks associated with go-live of an SAP HCM/Payroll implementation.
 SAP HR Enterprise, Personnel, and Organizational Structure design
 and configuration. Configuration of infotypes, personnel actions,
 pay scales, wage types. Testing of HCM-specific components and tasks
 associated with creating new company codes and personnel areas in an
 SAP HCM application.


 The individual will need to have excellent written and oral
 communication skills in the English language. The individual also
 should be able to conduct training for the client project team and
 assist with end user training.

 *Addition skills - preferred;
* Experience with SAP HR data migration tools is preferred
 Experience with ALE HR data transfer tools is highly desirable
 Experience with training of HR end users is beneficial
 Experience with the ASAP implementation methodology


 *Management Skill:* Able to administer or coordinate programs or
 processes. Mentor and guide lower-level HCM resources


 *Interaction:* The successful candidate should have excellent
 communication skills in the English language. This position requires
 the ability to develop successful business and customer
 relationships, understand customer business processes, and provide
 solutions to business requirements.


 *Complexity/Problem Solving:* The successful candidate should have
 strong analytical and problem solving skills. This position requires
 candidate to develop SAP HCM/Payroll solutions for moderate to
 complex business requirements. This may include researching possible
 solutions, and configuring and testing various options in SAP before
 proposing a solution.
