Kiindly reply back the resume to [email protected] along with the contact details. *Title:Active directory Admin* Location: IL Duration: 3 Months Rate: keep it Low. *SPECIFICATIONS:Primary Function:* • Owner and administrator of the forest root domain and child domain • Communicates and validates the security policies for both domains. • Determines the contents of the enterprise, schema and domain administrators groups. • Communicates specific security strategies for the directory (PKI, Certificates). • Communicates the overall administrative strategy for Client and verifies that the design meets these administrative goals. • Assists in the process of creating and removing legacy domain controllers • Designs and develops improvements for the directory and other areas of the infrastructure. • Familiar with corporate business strategies both present and future as it relates to WAN upgrades and consolidation efforts. • Delegates permissions to the other OU administrators within the domain. • Plans and performs maintenance of hardware and software according to established SLAs. • Applies troubleshooting techniques. • 3rd level support for all active directory issues • Provides diagnostic support on hardware and software problems. • Provides 24 hour on call support as required. • Trains and assists entry-level staff and provides technical guidance to other technical personnel. • Documents system/environment changes using the approved change management process. • Establishes and manages relationships with regional OU administrators. • Provides ongoing organizational and customer communications. • Shares knowledge and expertise with team members in a manner that enhances the overall performance of the team. *REQUIREMENTS:* 3+ years experience in managing corporate Directory Services • Familiar with best practice Active Directory design and operations. • Experience in business process engineering • Microsoft Operations Manager & entry level SQL experience require. • HP CIM experience. • Understanding of Citrix a plus • Strong analytical, influencing, negotiation, communication, interpersonal and project management skills • Ability to lead and/or work effectively on cross-functional teams • Ability to independently apply advanced problem solving techniques • Advanced understanding of validated or quality systems • Excellent judgment • In-depth knowledge of industry direction and impact of that direction on business environment • Advanced proficiency in multiple strategic technologies • Broad technical knowledge of several system environments • Previous experience in a 7x24 IT production environment • Creativity in addressing technical challenges • Ability to understand and assist in evolution and/or integration of client applications. • Global mind set • Maturity to accept direction and the confidence to give direction Education: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience preferred, including 7+ years in a technical environment, with experience as the senior technical resource. • Microsoft Certified System Engineer 2003 with a minimum of 2 years working with global Active Directory deployments. -- Thanks & Regards, Abhi [email protected] --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
