Position:Avaya call center Support (1)
 – Location Tampa FL
– Rate $44/hr Corp to Corp
Duration: 12 months



   1. 5+ years Implementing call center using Elite and Business Advocate
   2. Ability to collect requirements from clients for call center for large
   scale
   3. Implement vectors, vdn, holidays and customize
   4. Design and create custom CMS and lQ reports for the call centers
   5. Create Designer and Screen Painter Reports
   6. Support cutover and ongoing  day to day changes and support
   7. Excellent written and communication skills
   8. Availability to support on shift work basis (24x7)
   9. Strong Unix/ Linux skills
