The language skills in ranking of priority are: 1) ASP.Net / HTML 2) C# .Net 3) SQL 4) VB .Net 5) ASP Classic 6) VB6 Phone-screens are then setup for the resumes that were not filtered out. The phone screens are 10-15 minute sessions of rapid-fire technical questions. If a candidate did well then they're brought in for a face-to-face.
