Develop scripts to automate build & deployment process using BCBSA standards. Required: - *Strong web services development experience and in-depth knowledge of consuming, publishing Top-down/Bottom-up/Contract first services with JAX-RPC or JAX-WS * - Develops code artifacts, modules, classes, methods, scripts, etc. along with corresponding unit test artifacts - Develop highly scalable, transactional and reusable components using J2EE technologies. - Follow good documentation practices including producing and managing formal artifacts as well as writing clean, readable, and standards-compliant code and unit tests. - Understand user issues, identify and drive to resolution, communicate continuously and clearly.
