*Business System Analyst.* *Recent Insurance exp is must.* Job Description Project Description Client is “redoing” a *policy issuance system named (R3)* for Auto and in the future for homeowners policies that was rolled out in 12 states. It was released back in March 2009 and received poor reviews from the agents that were using it on usability and defects in the system. Client has made a decision to keep the platform but to look at it and redesign it to address the issues. They have placed 5 of their best BA’s on it so far and need a leader to head up the group as well as more of a lead doer. They are looking for people that have strong *Use Case* design, test design, any UI experience project work and people who have done it in an iterative process. BSA and Lead BSA needs to elicit both System and Business requirements. Even in the Sr. BSA they are looking for someone who has lead the JAD systems, not just been involved in them. “user stories” writing experience BSA (Business Systems Analyst) Project Leader *Duration:* 2 – 18 months, it will be through the end of the year to start and then extended beyond *Responsibilities:* Drive the delivery of both business requirements and systems requirements based on a Use Case-driven requirements management methodology and UML modeling diagrams and related documentation (logical and physical representation). Be a strong software development life cycle leader in an iterative development environment. Facilitate and participate in Architecture risk-based scenario analysis that will be used to prioritize development and set incremental or phased capability delivery. Lead customer experience analysis activity to drive development of User Interface requirements and concept prototypes. Activities to include: Program status, BSA activity project management, cross-functional collaboration (business customers, project managers, architects, designers, developers, testers, UI designers) and automated requirements tool and repository management. -- Sindhu.
