Reply to [email protected] or [email protected] * * *Job: **Device Management / Plant Maintenance consultant for an ISU ECC 6.0 / CRM 7.0 implementation Location: Phoenix, AZ Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6-12 Months – Likely to go longer * *Required Skill Sets* - Strong knowledge of the business practices of a utility company related to meter reading, service orders and billing. - Configure Device and Register settings for meters, correctors to enable billing of gas and water services for a utility company. - Configure the estimation procedures in SAP to help estimate gas service and water service usage. - DM inputs to the ISU billing consultant and the EDM billing consultant to help with billing and trouble shoot issues. - Meter Reading related configuration, integration with ITRON devices and interfaces, Meter reading IDoc Structures, and Meter Reading Exception processing. - Move In Processes, Dunning Processes, Meter Change processes, AMI infrastructure related processes and set up service orders, service notifications to be originated from ISU business processes and be dispatched to field personnel for execution. - Maintenance of gas and water distribution infrastructure and set up Plant Maintenance activities to support the same - Set up maintenance orders and service orders from other plant maintenance activities and modules and be dispatched to construction personnel for execution. - Interfacing SAP with an external service order scheduling system. - Been an integral member of a project team, providing inputs from an SAP PM perspective, that built and tested an interface between SAP and an external scheduling system for exchanging completion information, completion times, order status etc - CRM 7.0 *Desirable Skill Sets* - Experience working in an ISU – CRM environment. - Experience with MRS or other scheduling systems. - Integration with SD for billing construction services and other auxiliary -- Best Regards Prasad Grandhi, Sure IT Solutions Inc. 1801 W Queen Creed RD, Suite # 3, Chandler, AZ 85248 Tel: (602)-334-4209 Fax: (866) 322-0121 Email: [email protected]/[email protected] http:/www.sureitinc.com YIM: prasad548 http://unhub.com/prasad_grandhi We offer genuine opportunities and try our best to provide legitimate feedback in a timely manner.
