Create project and process specifications and process flows. 4. Provides resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems. 5. Solutions are innovative, thorough, and practical. 6. Responsible for acting as the primary interface between technology infrastructure and specific business area. 7. Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. 8. Work is evaluated upon completion for adequacy in satisfying objectives. 9. Interacts with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters frequently. 10. Full software development lifecycle experience, including COTS. 11. Prioritize requirements to meet customer specifications and to enhance software development. 12. Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project. 13. Strong people skills required. 14. Experience in the financial services or mortgage banking industry. 15.
