The role will be to develop new front-end Repo trading system components. These components will be used predominantly by traders on financing desks in NY, LN and TK (although we have users spread across the firm in Operations, Controllers and Credit). The candidate will be expected to interact with trading floor staff to gather requirements and manage the transition of software from Test into QA for sign-off prior to production release. *Skills Required:* Strong *C# GUI development* skills in a Windows environment are essential. The candidate should be experienced in the *development/architecture* of *graphical user interfaces* and have a good understanding of the human-computer interaction needed to deliver usable applications. A thorough understanding of *object-oriented patterns/design, XML & software engineering practices* In addition, the individual should be assertive and proactive with good time management skills and capable of working under pressure.
