Candidate's qualifying experience for all Mandatory Requirements and the
Associated Skill Set Specifications listed below must be clearly reflected
on the resume. All qualifying experience must be acquired prior to the
response due date. Multiple engagements may be used for qualifying
experience.
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE
CANDIDATES NOT MEETING ALL OF THE MANDATORY EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS BELOW
WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION
1.
Eight (8) years experience in supporting IT systems.
2.
Three (3) years experience working within the areas of identity management,
access management, and/or security management.
3.
Three (3) years experience in hands-on implementation of enterprise-level
access or identity management software.
4.
Experience working with identity directories.
5.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS
Candidates must also have two (2) of the preferred skilled sets listed
below. Accordingly, candidates not meeting the supporting experiential
specifications below will not be considered for the position.
1.
Experience working with Computer Associates' eTrust SiteMinder (formerly
Netegrity SiteMinder).
2.
Experience working with IBM WebSphere Portal software environments.
3.
Experience working with web server identity and access management
configurations.
4.
Experience with the design, development, test and deployment of SiteMinder
enhancements.
5.
Experience creating and modifying SiteMinder policies, realms, rules and
responses.
6.
Experience analyzing SiteMinder server logs and identifying problems with
authentication and authorization.
7.
Experience with implementing RSA, Entrust, CA or other risk-based
authentication technologies.
8.
Experience working in and a thorough understanding of Adaptive, Risk-Based
Authentication.
Project Description:
The purpose of this project is to implement Adaptive Authentication
(risk-based) technology into the Integrated Justice Portal environment,
thereby replacing user tokens as a form of authentication and ensuring
compliance with federal CJIS security policy. Goals of this project include
reducing the infrastructure complexity of current authentication methods,
reducing the cost of token renewal and simplifying the user logon process.
The chosen Adaptive Authentication technology solution must function within
the existing IJP web and application server infrastructure and must
integrate with OFT-hosted SiteMinder and NYS Directory Services. The
candidate selected for this position will participate in all phases of this
project including implementation, testing, troubleshooting and supporting
the IJP authentication environment. A candidate with adaptive authentication
experience would be highly preferred.
