Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs 9. Solid skills; MS Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook), Visio *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * * * • Analyze health care data and assist in the development of strategies to improve quality, utilization and costs. • Develop methodologies to conduct statistical analysis, ongoing program evaluations and cost containment studies. • Interface with programmers and developers to identify, establish and implement reporting tools for health care performance measurement. • Develop results and recommendations to team via presentations and written reports. • Facilitate and coordinate JAD sessions • Participate in ongoing data validation to ensure data integrity and reliability. • Maintain a solid understanding of requirements determination, data organizational structures, testing approaches, report design and development, relevant health care issues and industry initiatives.
