*Job Description: *
* Resource for developing and implementing the Enterprise R(ecords)M(gt)
framework, Common Taxonomy, and Enterprise LiveLink Folder Structure.
* Work includes taking s existing File Plan for hard copy and
developing a LiveLink model for electronic documents, performing analysis
and developing a common taxonomy for enterprise search, and building a
folder structure which incorporates both the organizations and
inter-organizational processes.
* Implementation will include configuring on the Open Text LiveLink and
Open Text Archive Servers, including establishing business rules for
archiving to various media.
* Intent is to enforce s RM policies across the enterprise, and
establish a common taxonomy and an enterprise folder structure which are
user-friendly, and supports efficient e-discovery and enterprise search
capabilities

Essential Skills:*
* Livelink Adminstration and Records Management strategy and
architecture experience;
* Should have excellent understanding of business process, compliance
and regulatory impact on records and related information
Location : Irwindale, CA
Start Date : Immediately
Duration : 3 Months
No of Position : 1
Rate : $85 per hour on 1099 or Corp-to-Corp.
