Our client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Sr Project Manager - Oracle Applications for a long term (6 - 12Months+) Located near Milpitas, CA You need to have atleast 3-5+ years of experience working on Sr Project Manager - Oracle Applications Role: Sr Project Manager - Oracle Applications Location: Milpitas, CA Employment: Contractual Start Date: ASAP Rate: $Negotiable Duration: 6 months 1. Atleast 12-15 years of experience with atleast 5-7 years of Project Management/ Program Management. Should have handled a team of 30+ people. 2. Prior experience of leading large scale implementation across Oracle Financials, Oracle SCM and Oracle Projects is a must. 3. Must have managed global roll-out in the past. 4. Experience of templatizing the implementations/roll-outs is required. Experience of handling users across the globe is required. 5. Should be a strong communicator possessing great interpersonal skills. 6. Handling cross cultural and trans-national teams is a integral part of this role ROLE: 1. Has run large team Oracle Implementation teams across many projects in Oracle Applications Implementation and Upgrades. 2. Set-up PMO and Manage the projects from Effort, Schedule, Costs and Expenses. 3. Provide regular status to the management. 4. Escalate and communicate to the respective teams in customer org and internal. Meet the revenue recognition plan. Set-up Processes for Delivery. 5. Manage customer and customer satisfaction. 6. Actively engage in account mining activities. 7. Set KRA's and Manage them and monitor the teams performance. . 8. Should be able to work onshore-offshore model - Require flexibility in work hours. 9. Should be able to manage large team and provide direction. Excellent Communication Skills; Client interaction with International clients is a must. Must have extensively travelled to the US, EMEA, LATAM region.
