*Network Analyst* *Topeka**, KS*** *Longterm* * * Experience Level : 7+ years 1. Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software pertaining to network equipment. 2. Utilize network management tools to identify network faults. The ability to analyze a packet trace. 3. Provides second/third level support to Payless end users by efficiently working helpdesk tickets as they are routed to the Network and Telecommunications department. 4. LAN/WAN management experience. Cisco experience a plus. Good understanding of dynamic routing protocols used in a network environment. 5. 802.11x wireless experience including implementation, configuration, and ongoing support. 6. WAN Optimization experience using appliances specialized in this function. 7. DNS/DHCP configuration, management, and support. Understanding and experience in supporting a DNS/DHCP environment. 8. Application Load Balancing configuration, implementation, and support. 9. Understanding of Firewall Policy Management. 10. Juniper VPN configuration, implementation, and support.
