*Location*: PA

   -  Oracle Lease Management experience is a must
   - Multi-year and good depth
   - Experience must be in a complex implementation to support robust
   business model
   - Use of OLM must be integrated with many other modules- we implemented
   32 modules, ~ 50% customization, 66 gaps representing like 900 business
   requirements
   - Focus area is ITR business flow- invoicing, billing, receivables focus-
   again- complex product lines

*Oracle Financials Professionals *

De Lage Landen Financial Services, Inc., an international provider of
high-quality, asset-based products that provide leasing and financial
solutions to business partners throughout the Americas and Europe, is
currently seeking individuals that have direct or related experience with
Oracle’s Financials System and Oracle Lease Management Product from a
techno-functional perspective for our BEACON Project.

BEACON is De Lage Landen Vendor Finance Americas' initiative to standardize
its business processes. To achieve these important changes, a new software
platform - based on Oracle Lease Management - will be implemented across all
the business entities.

The Applications Consultant is responsible for detailed design,
testing and configuration
of the various Oracle modules to ensure they support DLL's business
processes. The Applications Consultant is expected to provide
functionalexpertise in systems design, and implementation in order to
support
activities in the development and production environments.

*RESPONSIBILITIES *

·         Responsible for understanding business requirements that relate to
the Oracle modules and to translate these requirements into
functionalsolutions to meet those requirements.

·        Develop and review business processes and partner with technical
resources to ensure meet DLL business requirements.

·        Insure application configuration decisions meet global
implementation requirements.

·        Determine ideal configurations for the Oracle Financials
applications.
Develop and analyze test scenarios and test plans.

·        Create, maintain, and manage Technical Assistance Requests (TARs).
Respond to issues raised during testing and conference room pilots or in
production environment

·        Analyzes and fixes defects in a timely and efficient manner.

·        Assist Functional Manager by insuring extension solutions do not
create maintainability issues or application conflicts.

·        Assist Conversions, Interface, and Reports Manager in Financial
related issues.


*QUALIFICATIONS *

*Education and other credentials: *

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Finance, with significant
technical experience.

*Experience:*

·        5+ years experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite, particularly the
Oracle financial modules or oracle lease management.

·        2+ years experience in either Oracle framework or Oracle
applications development.

·        2+ years experience in an outsourced application development
project.  Must be comfortable in all aspects of design and execution and
experienced with cross functional collaboration

·        Experience with the development of global systems a significant
plus.

·        Experience with AIM methodology preferred

·        Experience in the Financial Services industry a significant plus.
