Job Description:
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Ability to provide direction and Planning for establishing Siebel
CRM functionalities for ecommerce.
- Ability to understand functional requirements and effort estimation
for the same.
- Ability to communicate across all levels in an organization
- Experience in performing a Tech lead/architect role in developing
Guest contact centers with Siebel CRM backbone
- Experience in Siebel EIM
Experience Required:
Must have a strong technical background in Siebel CRM.
Should have ability to interact with technical architects, business analysts
and project managers across teams Should have the ability to understand
business requirements and estimate for the same Should have the ability to
define execution strategy and plan
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meet with teams to understand requirements
- Effort estimation and estimation validation
- Define strategy
- Planning for execution
Generic Managerial Skills:
Define strategy and plan for execution.
Grow Siebel CRM within the organization and lead potential pursuits
