Location: Irving, TX
Term: 3+ month
This person will be configuring data sources and connections, creating new
reports as well as upgrading existing reports. Individual will work closely
with company departments and existing staff based upon established
priorities.
*Requirements:*
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Strong SSRS/SSIS/SSAS experience.
2. Experience with Reporting Services against SQL Tables.
3. Strong Visual Studio and SQL Server 2005 experience.
4. Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Individual will
be working with end users on the business side and will be required to
explain functionality in a
manner that end users can understand.
6. Must be a self-starter with the ability and willingness to take
initiative and gather requirements without constantly being directed to do
so.
7. Willing to learn new technologies in an ever-changing environment.
8. Willing to advise/assist other report developers throughout the
company.
DESIRED SKILLS:
1. Any type of data extraction/system integration experience.
2. Data and Dimensional Modeling experience.
3. Experience with Sharepoint
4. Experience with Cube development.
5. Experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
Bachelors of Science or 3+ years experience
