*Our client is seeking to engage a Citrix Engineer / Administrator and a Citrix Architect.* Location: Deerfield, IL Duration: 3 Months Contract Start Date: 15th March 2010 Rate: Negotiable Responsibilities: * Complete implementation of software and hardware projects, from Citrix, Microsoft to storage technologies like NetApp, EMC and DataCore. * Manage software distribution across the server farms to ensure application consistency and reliability * Maintain Citrix server farm hardware, software and operating systems * Develop and maintain Citrix related standards, policies and procedures * Provide 24 hour Citrix coverage on scheduled nights * Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix, Active Directory and general server related issues * Interface with vendors for support and developer problem/issue escalations * Provide third level support for Citrix, Active Directory, Networking and general server related issues * Conduct ongoing Citrix technology assessment, research new Citrix related products and features and develop cost effective recommendations and plans for optimizing Citrix environment * Optimize Citrix environment to ensure maximum system performance and reliability Qualifications: * Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred * 3+ years Citrix Terminal Server/Citrix Administration experience; technical certification preferred (MCSE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and/or CCA * Citrix Certified Administrator or CCEA Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator) * 3+ years experience in supporting a large Citrix and Active Directory environment * 3+ years Active Directory Services support (DNS, DHCP, GC, DC) * Proficiency with network protocols and infrastructure concepts * Strong background with the core Microsoft infrastructure and platform, e.g. Active Directory, GPO, network services, windows registry, troubleshooting * Ability to understand technical architecture, from networking, storage and application services * Proficiency with network file server hardware (Dell, HP) and Microsoft Operating Systems (NT, Terminal Services, 2000, 2003, 2008) * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Strong analytical and troubleshooting problem determination/resolution skills Regards, *Robin* Manager – Recruitment & Staffing VDart Inc Bulls-i-Consulting P: 804 486 9914 V (Our employees, partners and affiliates) dash to provide bulls-i performance with precision.
