We need to select the candidate with the best communication skills, best technical skills and etc.... Hibernate consultant with ALSB/WLI would be great. I think we need to focus on the Hibernate side of the house. Hibernate Developer Technical development responsibilities in a graphical user interface environment with emphasis on object oriented development using the java development tool. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: analysis, coding, testing, programming, technical design, documentation, mentoring and expertise with new platforms and development environments.
