The project duration would be anywhere from 2 to 4 months. The customer is in the Portland area. - Re-architect and upgrade current Lab Manager server and VMware ESX physical hosts - Document processes for creating, deploying, maintenance, and support of templates, configurations, and workspaces in Lab Manager - Subject matter expert (SME) and point of contact for Lab Manager environment - Document and ownership for responsibility assignment matrix for development processes and systems within Lab Manager environment - On-going maintenance and upgrades of environment - Monitoring and management of Lab Manager services and physical hosts for problems and resource use - Available for response to requests for support and troubleshooting of environment during daylight shift - Additional responsibilities to be determined as discovered by engineer or customer -- Sindhu.
