Oracle Procure-To-Pay - Sr. Consultant AP, PO, iSupplier
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
· Implementing Oracle Purchasing utilizing iSupplier and iProcurement
portals
· Must have AP (accounts payable) integration with eInvoicing,
· Developing a large scale, standardized purchasing process for both
internal use and third parties
· Implementing and rolling out of the resulting process within the
Oracle application
· Performing business requirements gathering, process analysis and
design, gap analysis, functional system design and specification, system
configuration, system and parallel test documentation and execution
· Acting as a functional team lead and being a liaison between
functional team members, client, and team project management
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
· Four year college degree required
· 2+ full cycle implementations involving the Procure-to-Pay processes
· Project management experience as well as 2+ full cycle
implementations with at least two involving the Procure-to-Pay processes
including Purchasing, Payables, iSupplier, iProcurement, Self-Service
Procurement, and iExpense
· Functional knowledge of processes in a procurement or strategic
sourcing department. Direct experience setting up and implementing supplier
self-service processes and systems a plus.
Strong understanding and implementation experience with at least one of the
following:
· Order-to-Cash
· Receivables processes including invoicing;
· Understanding of integration with Order Management
· Inventory
· iReceivables
· iPayment a plus
· Familiarity AIM and related methods, etc.
· Strong understanding and/or experience with workflow, interfaces and
conversions
· Strong leadership, communication (verbal and written), analytical and
problem-solving skills
· Ability to travel up to 100%

points and data flows.
· Compile Interfaces, Extensions, and Conversions in RICE list
· Analysis of conversion requirements, sources, and methods
· Support identification of 3rd party solutions
· Analysis of gaps to Oracle and potential extensions including scoping
and estimation of effort
· Drives decisions for infrastructure design, application component
design, security design, instance strategy, deployment strategy
· Application architecture deliverables
· Must be local to NY/NJ area. Client will not pay for T&E.
