*Position: Sr. Business Analyst _ Retail Online Banking Poistion @
Minneapolis|| 6 Months*

Senior BA–Ideal candidates would have 10 years of experience as *Senior
Business Analyst* of which the immediate last 5 years should have been in a
*bank or financial services company.*
Should have executed atleast 5 projects with banks and financial services
companies.
The projects must have been executed in *Tier 1 or Tier 2 banks.*
Experience in smaller banks will be considered
– if the project is correspondingly complex.
– Experience in executing online banking project is a very
great plus.
Alternatively, should have executed multiple projects in one of more of the
following:
retail banking, mortgage banking, lending /
card related or corporate banking projects.
In-depth functional knowledge of *Retail Banking* (Deposits, Credit Cards,
Mortgages, Auto loans, etc.).
– Should have *led a team of business analysts* (team size: atleast 2).
Should have successfully demonstrated management and mentoring
responsibility for the said team.
Should have at *least 1 year of experience in the lead business analyst
role.*
– Expert in use case writing and use case modeling
– Experience in documenting process flows using tools like Visio
– Experience in doing mapping of requirements to systems capabilities
provided by packaged core / home grown core is a plus
–Working exposure to *Banking Systems of Records / Core Banking* platforms
is a plus-
– Use of one or more *Requirement Management Tools* is a plus (like of
Requisite Pro/ DOORS / Caliber RM) Exp-12 yrs
