Position: *Retail/Online Banking Experience Business Analyst* Location: *Dorchester**, MA (near Boston)* Duration: *12 Months * Rate: $55/hr all inclusive on C2C or 1099 *Job Description:* **Business Purpose of Project /Project description: *Business/Banking Analysts with strong experience with Internet Online Banking systems, processes and back end technology. **SYSTEM INTEGRATION experience is preferred. People that understand how these back end systems work and can assist in integrating disparate ones. **Job Functions or Responsibilities: * Business/Banking Analyst - Ability to develop new Online and Electronic payment processes and workflow and how they would integrate with new a core banking platform. **Must have skills: * *Must Have Educational Qualifications/Skills/Experience (Basic Qualifications) *Minimum Years Required Lending Systems 5+ Banking (Business Analyst) Experience 5+ Electronic Payments/Online Banking -Analysis/Design 5+ System Integration Experience 3+ * * **Must have soft skills:* Strong understanding of the latest Retail Banking and Online banking systems, interfaces and back end technologies for electronic payments, billing, and account aggregation. Looking for people who have System Integration experience and have the ability to be leaders for these integration projects. ** **Nice to have skills:* Understanding of written/spoken Spanish is a plus. FLUENCY would be highly desired. * * **Additional comments: * Retail banking experience is a plus but having financial experience in any capacity is preferred. This is for BANK whom client acquired a few years ago. All of this work is for their transformation processes and integration of Sovereign system with BS platforms and technology. Any particular experience with Loans, Mortgages, Credit Cards, ATM systems etc. is all desirable but having STRONG Online Banking /payments experience is a must.
