Data Warehouse Business Intelligence Architect Client is in search of a strong, experienced, capable individual to direct and architect middle tier of the largest data warehouse in the City of New York, address application and ad hoc query performance issues, and plan and execute migration from Oracle Application Server to WebLogic and from Oracle Portal to Oracle Web Center Suite.
Required: • 10 years experience • As the technical team lead of a group doing 3-tier application development in an Oracle environment • As a developer with SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, HTML 3 years recent experience: • Maintaining, installing, patching, and upgrading, and monitoring performance on WebLogic Application Server, on a Solaris operating system • Creating and maintaining UNIX Shell Scripts • Maintaining and trouble-shooting Oracle Portal, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Reports, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Single Sign On features. • Experience using the JDeveloper tool (preferably), or other J2EE development environment. • Developing/maintaining infrastructure applications, preferably including data dictionary and runtime metadata, security administration, report execution • Developing security infrastructure involving Single Sign On, and preferably Active Directory synchronization issues • Experience programming in Java • Developing applications in very large data warehouse environment Preferred: •Maintaining, installing, patching, and upgrading, and monitoring performance on Oracle Application Server, on a Solaris operating system •Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise User Security •Experience in migrating 3-tier application environment from Oracle Application Server to WebLogic. •Experience installing and implementing BI Publisher, or the OBIEE product suite. •Up to date knowledge of Oracle’s strategic directions, to facilitate planning Thanks & Regards Karen l Computer Power group Inc l [email protected] l www.cpg-inc.com Office: (262)-432-2543 Mobile: (262)-271-4722 Fax: (262)-364-2452 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
