**Location: San Antonio TX (candidates do not need to be local)
**Duration: ASAP - March 2011
**Rate: $42.00/hour all inclusive W2 on our payroll*
- Citizen, GC, EAD, or H1 okay...comm skills must be excellent!
The Manager is *looking for eight (8) resources* with specific
knowledge/domain experience as well as skills and experience in executing
projects in the following areas:
- *Fraud (AML, Data repository)- (2)*
- *Data Management for Marketing (Funnel, Data Management, SAS, Data
Analytics)- (3) *
- *Marketing Sales (Lead Management, Case Management, Offer Management)-
(2) *
- *Social Media- 1 supplier resource (1) *
These are* FUNCTIONAL *BSA requirements (NOT TECHNICAL). Candidates must be
familiar with Six Sigma. Also:
- Familiar with understanding outputs from DMAIC process studies and/or
establishing these same outputs (e.g. SIPOC Analysis, Voice of the Customer,
Critical to Quality, Requirements Artifacts)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business processes to applicable
requirement types (functional, technical, etc)
- Familiarity in gathering information for analysis, coordinating change
management efforts within the project; industry experience in complex
project management; meeting facilitations, delivering required project
documentation, presentations, problem solving & analysis, financial analysis
skills.
