*MANDATORY Requirements:*

1.       A minimum of 5 years experience with Solaris/UNIX system
administration including Solaris 10;

2.       Minimum of 4 years experience with VCS, VERITAS Storage foundation
and other High Availability techniques in UNIX environment;

3.       A minimum of 2 years experience with VERITAS Net Backup;

4.       Experience with Solaris Disk Suit or Solaris Volume Manager and
ZFS;

5.       Shell scripting and/or Perl scripting experience

6.       Experience in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity in UNIX
environment;

7.       Experience in EMC storage array based SAN environment;

8.       Knowledge of Sun Entry-Level, Midrange and High-End Enterprise
servers i.e. E25K and Sun disk arrays;

9.       Extensive knowledge and experience in supporting and
troubleshooting Solaris networking services and protocols: TCP/IP, NIS, DNS,
NFS, LDAP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, SNMP, SSL, and HTTP;

10.   Experience in a UNIX environment with Oracle, Java application server
and Web sphere or other large-scale databases.

11.   Experience in Sun Virtualization technologies: Container and LDOM

12.   Experience with SUN LDAP or Oracle Directory Services/LDAP



*DESIRABLE Experience:*

 1) Experience using Sun SMC and Quest tools.

 2) Good verbal and written communication skills
