*Skills Required:* * Very strong in both *install/configuration* and *development*; *HANDS-ON architect* not just “white board” architect. * Experience architecting highly-available and scalable *WebSphere Portal 6.1* systems with at least 3 years hands-on experience. * Strong knowledge of *WebSphere Portal components, services and frameworks*(WCM, PDM, WMM/PUMA, Personalization, Themes/Skins, Portlet Wiring, Access Control, etc) * *Integrated WebSphere Portal* with *enterprise security systems* (*LDAP*) * At least 5 years experience in *web-related development efforts using Java *, J2EE, or related development techniques (AJAX, JAVASCRIPT, JSP, Spring MVC, JAXB) * Must have experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting *portlets (JSR 168).* * Experience with *Web Services*, Dojo * Experience with iterative design & development methodology principles. * Experience in the use of *Security Integration* – identity management, authentication, authorization, access control. * Experience in use of *Personalization* – unique, configurable WebSphere Portal experience for each individual user.
