- XHMTL, JavaScript and CSS design and layout (5+ yrs min).
- Java Web Framework (Apache Wicket)
- JDBC / SQL experience and troubleshooting.

- Open Source projects and library experience and usage.

- Permitting systems and collection.
- Camera monitoring systems.
- Multiple COTS packages installed and also custom solutions based on
ESRI foundation:
