The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles. Responsibilities: ? Provide support to customers for technology issues and questions, facilitating communications with DC-based teams ? Quickly elicit or review business requirements and use cases and provide feedback to management and/or business analysts ? Design, develop, and document application functionality ?
