Experience Level - 7+ Years
Duration - 6+ Months
Rate - ALAP
Candidates need a broad knowledge and experience level with the core
technologies used to render web sites and web application User Interfaces
including HTML/XHTML, Javascript, and Cascading Style sheets. Additionally
they have a strong understanding of the server side technologies often used
to generate the markup that is delivered to a browser, for example JSP, ASP,
Java Servlets, Spring, Struts/Tiles, etc. Demonstrated experience with
front-end frameworks such as jQuery, Prototype/Scriptaculous, DOJO, etc and
knowledge of underlying technologies required. Analysis of client rendering
and performance using Firebug, YSlow, Web Inspector, Speed Tracer, etc is
preferred. Understanding and interpreting design specifications is very
important and the candidate should have experience implementing HTML/XHTML
mockups and prototypes from wireframe documents and graphic design
compositions.
