Title: CRM/Integration - SiteMinder Integration Position Location: Tampa, FL Duration: 6 Months * * *DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION: *The Web Hosting Group provides a centrally managed web-hosting environment for over 1,000 Web Based applications. This group plays a key role in the systems support, integration and delivery of Web Based applications across North America. * * *JOB DESCRIPTION: *The candidate will be a member of the Web Hosting Group Integration team, which is responsible for gathering application and project requirements, preparing detailed technical reviews, and ensuring compliance to Client Information Technology Management Policy and security guidelines. The incumbent must have excellent presentation and facilitation skills and must be customer service oriented. The ability to work in a team environment is essential. It will be ideal if the individual had web and network architecture experience and UNIX & NT OS skills, along with Client/Server application delivery in a multi-tiered environment. This position requires the knowledge of many different Web based and security technologies. * * *RESPONSIBILITIES: * . Responsible for working with the SiteMinder team to configure ACO and Policy Server settings. . WebAgent integration with key middleware technologies such as IIS, IPlanet, Apache, Weblogic, Websphere, Lotus Domino. . Work directly with application development teams on proper SiteMinder integration with custom developed web based applications . Work on BAU projects to roll out SiteMinder upgrades, patches, and security updates . Advise on the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of the SiteMinder Webagent on Wintel, Solaris, AIX, and Linux Platforms. . General SiteMinder application integration support * * *TECHNICAL SKILLS: * . Five or more years experience supporting SiteMinder components across many platforms including UNIX (Solaris) and Win2K/IIS web-based servers is required. . Experience with Web and App server technologies: SunOne web-server, JRUN, Weblogic, Websphere, Java, Microsoft IIS, .NET, Active Server Pages. . Experience working with large scale integration and hosting environments . Experience with UNIX and Wintel scripting is a plus. . Experience with ethical hacks, proxies, firewalls, BigIP, vulnerability assessments, and remediation is a plus. . Experience troubleshooting technical issues, managing projects, client management and creating documentation is a plus. * * *NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED: * . Strong customer and quality-focus is a must . Sound problem resolution, troubleshooting, judgment, and decision-making skills required . Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills required . Excellent communication skills both written and oral required . Self starter and ability to work in a team environment . Hard working and self-motivated.
