Job Requirements:
• *5 plus years of software testing experience with web applications
* • Substantial *project management skills* related to scheduling and
executing testing project plans
• • Extensive experience in testing tools
• *Minimum of intermediate level automation tool experience with QTP
* • Proven experience in training and mentoring testing team members
• *Proficient coding experience with at least 1 object oriented
programming language
* • Experience working closely with software development and the business
user, and the ability to manage risks and conflicts.
• *Hands on experience testing insurance software systems is a plus, not
required*
