Start Date: ASAP Salary: As per market Standards Duties: Need to work on our DIRECT CLIENT requirements. Required Skills/Experience: • Minimum 2 years of experience in US Staffing. Experience working with direct client requirements is highly preferred. • Excellent Communication skills and willingness to work in flexible timings. • Knowledge of US Recruitment Process and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc.). • Proficient in the use of Job Boards to source Candidates. • Excellent Telephonic Etiquette. • Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in high- pressure situations, if required. Duties and Responsibilities: • Source active and passive candidates for (Contract/Contract-to-Hire and Perm) Requirements. • Resume Formatting, Job Posting and Report Generation. • Proficient in Recruiting techniques such as job boards, Internet search, head hunting etc. • Line up Candidates for Interviews. • Must be a self-motivated team player.
