The *UAT tester* needs to have experience with *loan processing systems*. *HAMP* experience preferable and must have strong *HAMP* knowledge and knowledge of implementing *ASP*projects. *Required Skills:* 1. Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases (including performance and regression test cases) and test data management 2. *HAMP* experience preferred 3. Big 4 experience required 4. Experience as a hands on test lead 5. Experience interfacing with the business to determine testing strategy/scope 6. Experience creating test data 7. Full software development lifecycle experience, including *COTS* 8. Ability to manage multiple work streams at a time 9. Experience managing requirements traceability information and tracking requirements status throughout testing 10. Experience in defect management and tracking 11. Strong people skills required 12. Experience in the *financial services* or *mortgage banking* industry 13. Familiarity with *Reporting* tools (i.e., Microstrategy, Crystal reports) 14. Expert in manual and automated testing 15. Familiarity with *Agile* and *waterfall* methodologies 16.
