Qualifications and Experience Required: -Bachelors degree or related work experience. -Minimum 3 years of actual work experience as a business analyst. -Life insurance knowledge or experience is preferred. -Finance Actuarial or strong financial background is highly desirable. -Strong written and oral communication skills are required. -Proven skills for eliciting requirements, gathering and analyzing information, documenting, communicating, and problem solving are required. -Must be able to travel overseas as a member of a requirement / information gathering team or an implementation team.
