SERVICE MANAGEMENT METRICS COGNOS IMPROMPTU REPORT DEVELOPMENT COGNOS POWERPLAY TOOL USE METRICS REPORTING-TECHNICAL BUSINESS OBJECT REPORT DEVELOPMENT *Task description:* - Provides technical guidance and mentoring to others based upon a thorough understanding of the technical tools used to support the components metrics and reports. - Supports and assists in developing the vision and direction for reports, associated tools and metrics within service management - Identifies reports and associated tool enhancements needed for service management advancement, then develops, tests, and implements associated changes. - Exception reporting on data sources used for reporting.
