I need a Lead Systems Pega Architect for a open ended contract. This is
someone who has most likely been a senior level JAVA J2EE developer and then
done 3-4 years of hands-on Pega systems development and has now moved into a
Lead Systems Architect role where they are the senior technical person on a
Pega project and are involved from the very beginning of the project doing
design and architecture work. This is NOT a developer.
This will be true architects who know the various Pega tools and how and why
you do things a certain way. They should know framework design, workflow
design, connector configurations, class structures, performance strategies –
all within the Pega environment. This will be a Pega expert from a technical
perspective.
*Interviews will be technical and the person will have to know Pega inside
and out.*
